4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on 29bet are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Funds must be sent only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals — ৳500 or more can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. After a request is successfully submitted, funds generally arrive within 5 to 30 minutes.

Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made. If verification is not complete, withdrawals above a certain amount may be held. 29bet reserves the right to place any suspicious withdrawal request on hold for review.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly Reload: 30% bonus on one deposit per week, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳500.
• 29bet Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits in the Sports section, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus. Usable once per month.
• Friday Special Load Offer: 40% bonus every Friday, up to ৳6,000. Wagering requirement is 18 times the bonus.
• Birthday Gift: Verified members can claim up to ৳1,500 in rewards during their birthday month (wagering requirement 10 times).
• Refer a Friend: Up to ৳2,000 in rewards for each successfully registered and active friend (wagering requirement 15 times).

Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly as cash. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. It is recommended that you read the relevant terms and conditions in full before participating in any bonus offer.

6.1 Sports Betting

29bet offers betting on various sports including cricket and football. The odds for each bet are fixed, and once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed. Any bet placed at incorrect odds before a match starts or during live betting may be voided at the discretion of management.

6.2 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games are operated through third-party game software providers. Each game has a set RTP (Return to Player) which can be viewed in the game information section. 29bet reserves the right to cancel a round if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using betting software, bots or any automated method.
• Colluding with other users in betting or any activity related to match-fixing.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by abusing the bonus system.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.

29bet may suspend or cancel any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect personal information.
• Evidence of account creation by a person under 21 years of age.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• A single person operating multiple accounts.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of the request will be returned subject to applicable terms, unless forfeiture applies due to a violation.
